1. Which cryptocurrencies can I use here?

At the moment we are supporting Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR).

2. When will my coins be credited?

Bitcoin → After the first confirmation.
Monero → After 10 confirmation.

3. Can I deposit twice at the same address?

The system generates a new deposit address for every new transaction, if you falsly two deposits to the same address you will need to create a support ticket. No worries though, we’ll reward the credit on your account.

4. Are all offers traded via Escrow?

All transactions will be under the protection of the escrow except for some exceptions of some vendors who also have FE permission in other markets (at least 2)

5. When is the (Escrow) auto-finalize complete?

Orders are typically finalized after 14 days.
The Basic customer can extend Escrow by 2 periods of 7 days each if they have not yet received their order,
while Basic-Plus+ and Premium customers can extend it by 3 periods of 7 days each.
Of course, the customer can also finalize the order early if the order has arrived.

6. How much are the fees for selling items?

4% – If a product is sold for $10, the 4% fee will be calculated on the $10 and the final cost will be $10.40

7. How does the Dispute system work?

Simple. By pressing the Dispute button, the buyer needs to open an explaned Dispute and the auto-finalize process will be cancelled. From that time, we have a communication system ready for both sides. The administration is aware of every dispute and has access to the communication between Buyer and Vendor. If both parties cannot agree, Admin decides which side is a winning side. The buyer can also close and finalize the Dispute unassisted, anytime while it is open. Please keep in mind, that every Vendor should have personal Terms of Service, and we can try to push the Vendor to execute them. The Market is not in charge for the quality of an item.
If the buyer receives a purchased item and is dissatisfied with the quality, it is fair to complete the order. The buyer then has the option to leave an appropriate review.

8. Why Vendors cannot buy anything?

We disable purchasing on Vendor’s account for security reasons. If the Vendor wishes to purchase on the market, it is necessary to open a new account. Same conditions for the user who wants to become a Vendor. After the user purchases an item, changing the account type is blocked. In this case, opening a new account is also necessary.

9. What is Vendor Vacation Mode?

If the Vendor sets the vacation mode, it means that he/she does not process orders by that time.

10. How can I become a Vendor?

Pay the vendor fee – Become a Vendor
Submit application – Become a Vendor

11. What do I do if I’ve been scammed?

Open a Dispute or report the Vendor, we will take care of it.

12. What is the raffle system?

It’s a raffle!
The winning pool is accumulated partly from the items sold, raffle tickets, and paid account updates.
